Safety At PUNO

We at PUNO is India’s 1st Multifaceted Indoor Adventure Trampoline Park located in Jaipur & Raipur, aiming to reflect the evolving cultural & lifestyle outlook of these cities in the modern era.

We at PUNO have envisioned to present globally renowned Internationally acclaimed Trampoline & Indoor Adventure Activities under one roof for all our esteemed guests, where they can experience never seen before activities in their own city & in their motherland India.

We at PUNO – Adventure & Trampoline Parks are concerned for the safety of our guests, where “YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY”; and to accomplish the same, we have established P3 – PUNO PROTECTION PROTOCOL for all the visitors, whereby they need to strictly comply to these practices & our ground force team in the parks that includes the court monitors, marshalls, captain, as well as the operations team are always on toes to assist the guests with these practices.

These practices includes:

  • Filling of a waiver form after understanding & acknowledging the safety recommendations & risks involved thereafter by non-adherence to the safety parameters & safety instructions as advised by the park authorities

  • Demonstration of Safety Videos by our Court Monitors, before entering the park, detailing of do’s & don’ts in the park premises while carrying out any activity;

  • Safety Instructions before carrying out any ride / activity by the Court Monitors;

  • Assisting the guests with proper safety measures, like helping them with the harness or the helmet;

For effective safety measures we have categorized our park into two zones based on the age & height parameters, like we have a dedicated Kids arena, for kids aging below 7 years or that with the height of 125 cm or below; followed by the adults arena for guests aging 7 years & above.

We ensure every possible bit to take care of your safety whereas your safety is our primary concern.

We aspire to create a micro environment to ensure our guests with an entertaining spree where fun & fitness can be enjoyed with your friends & family, and our guests can have a gala time thereon.

Trampoline jumping and adventure courses are extreme recreational activities that involve a fair amount of risk thus, making them dangerous. We at PUNO recommend that every participant should JUMP AT THEIR OWN RISK AND JUMP WITHIN THEIR ABILITY.
