By accessing or using the services at all the PUNO Indoor Entertainment Centre, you hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
People of all ages can use the services; however kids below 10 years should be accompanied by their parents / guardian for usage of our services at the PUNO Parks; authorization of waiver forms for all the guests below 18 years should be made by the parent / guardian accompanying them. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
To access certain features of our website www.funatpuno.com you may need to create a user account. You as a user hereby agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
(1) Waiting time for the activities and games can be between 5 minutes to a few hours, depending on the crowd at the centers.
(2) Discounted packages cannot be clubbed with any other offers or schemes.
(3) Height & weight safety criteria are to be followed strictly.
(4) Shoes / Grip Socks are compulsory for all activities.
(5) The management has put all efforts to keep all activities and attractions operational; however it is possible that some of the activities may not be fully operational due to technical or safety reasons and shall not be substituted or refunded.
(6) Following documents shall be considered as the Identity proof by the guests (Aadhar Card, Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card).
(7) Following documents shall be considered as the Age proof by the guests (Aadhar Card, Driving license, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card is mandatory for Senior Citizens).
(8) PUNO Management shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the guest, outside or third party and persons accompanying them, while in the center.
(9) PUNO reserves the Right to Refuse entry to the guest in the center for violating center rules, illegal activities or fail to comply with any security measures.
(10) No outside eatables will be allowed within the center.
(11) Package rates and governing conditions are subject to change without notice.
(12) All images & terminology used in all communication is for creative, descriptive and representation purpose only.
(13) Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-redeemable.
(14) Cancellation will not be allowed once purchased / once card recharge is done.
(15) Print out of the Packages purchased online is compulsory at the time of entry.
(16) The guest hereby confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions in the PUNO center and voluntarily assumes all the risks (if any) associated with any ride or activity.
(17) Guests opting for Trampoline, Indoor Adventure & VR Activities are advised not to be under the influence of alcohol or any other toxic elements, for their personal safety. Any guest found under the influence of alcohol or any other toxic product shall be asked to step down from the activity / ride on immediate basis.
(18) Deals and Packages on website are not valid on Bank and Public holidays unless specifically mentioned.
(19) For any unfortunate incident / dispute at the center, decision taken by the PUNO management shall be supreme and would be final.
(20) Vending Games are not part of Packages.
(21) Government tax is applicable on all game rates.
(22) Games in the deals cannot be changed or canceled.
(23) In case of any technical or maintenance issue game offered will be of the PUNO management choice.
(24) All the deals are applicable during Center opening and closing time.
(25) Previous card balance cannot be used for the deals it has to be a new recharge.
(26) If a person is found unfit for the activity, the merchant reserves the right to deny access.
(27) In case of any game not working due to maintenance issues, refund will not be made. Game of similar value can be exchanged by guest.
(28) PUNO does not guarantee the usage of all attractions on certain busy days.
(29) No two deals can be clubbed together.
(30) The prices mentioned in the packages are only valid for online transactions.
(31) Offline Deals and Packages will charge 18% GST.
(32) Shoes are mandatory for Bowling as per the respective center’s instructions.
(33) Grip Socks are mandatory for all the Trampoline, Indoor Adventure & activities related to PUNO Junior Centers.
(34) All the rights relating to change, alter, modify and discontinuation of any promotional offers, Contest prizes and other freebies offered without prior notice is reserved by the PUNO Management.

“Recreational Activities or Recreational Services” includes but is not limited to trampolining, trampolining lessons, use of the wall, foam pit, bag jump, equipment rental and maintenance, the condition, layout, construction, design, maintenance and use of trampolines, the presence of people or objects thereon, the surrounding areas and any other associated sporting activities or similar leisure-time pursuits.
PUNO sells all tickets and supplies all Recreational Services and facilities to you (the customer) as the licensee of Shri Poornima Entertainment LLP (SPE) in the PUNO, venue subject to the following conditions:
By purchasing a ticket for or by using any of the facilities at any PUNO venue, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
SPE and/or PUNO are not liable to the customer, your dependents, or legal representatives for personal injury or death suffered by the customer because the Recreational Activities were not supplied with due care and skill or were not reasonably fit for their purpose or because of the negligence, breach of contract, statute or statutory duty by SPE.
The customer acknowledges that the Recreational Activities are dangerous with many inherent risks and hazards and as a consequence personal injury and sometimes death can occur and the customer assumes and accepts all such risks and hereby waives the right to sue SPE and/or PUNO for any personal injury or death in any way whatsoever caused by or relating to the customer’s participation in such activities.
Risk warning: The use of trampolines, the wall, foam pit, bag jump, or any other equipment at any PUNO venue involves a significant risk of participants suffering personal injury including the possibility of serious injuries, permanent disability, or death. All participants who engage in such recreational activities do so at their own sole risk.
The customer agrees to pay the cost of and authorizes PUNO to take all steps it considers reasonably necessary to protect his/her welfare in the event of personal injury, including the administration of any emergency medical treatment and ambulance transportation.
Children must be at least 3 years of age to use the facilities at any PUNO venue. Where the guest shall be responsible for such children below the age of 3 years and hereby the Guests agree to be bound by these conditions on their behalf and you will directly supervise them at all times.
Participants must be in good health and free from any adverse medical conditions. For safety reasons, pregnant women, customers with pre-existing health issues or wearing casts are not permitted on the trampolines, the wall, foam pit, bag jump, or any other equipment including the VR games. In case of any doubts, please seek medical advice. By entering this agreement, you warrant that you are in good health and free from any adverse medical conditions or you will otherwise refrain from participating in the Recreational Activities.
All tickets remain the property of SPE and cannot be refunded, transferred or resold. They are valid only for the date shown and are void if tampered with.
The customer and all participants must comply with all signs or other directions of SPE and/or PUNO and it may suspend or cancel the customer’s and a participant’s access to Recreational Activities at any SPE venue in its absolute discretion for non-compliance with these conditions, or for reckless or careless conduct.
If you purchase a ticket for the use of the trampolines or any other equipment or facilities at any PUNO venue on behalf of another person, you and that other person both agree that you make that purchase and enter this agreement as to the authorized agent of that other person so that he/she will be bound by these terms & conditions.

You may not bypass any measures used by SPE to prevent or restrict access to the Website. All disclaimers and limitations of liability by SPE and/or PUNO will survive termination.
In the event of breach of this Clause, SPE shall institute appropriate legal proceedings against you to claim damages. SPE also reserves rights to institute proceedings in accordance with the law relating to intellectual property rights violation or infringement available to it.
ORDERING PROCEDURE
You may offer to purchase any of the SPE products described in the Website for the price specified on the Website.
Your order must contain your name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and any other ordering information specified on the Website.
Payment must be effected by authorized payment channels available on the Website using the ordering facility on the Website.
Confirmation of your purchase will be sent to your nominated email address once your payment for the transaction has been cleared. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 (two) business days, please contact the SPE contact centre.
You may not cancel an order once it has been submitted and paid, even if a confirmation email from the SPE is still pending.
If you wish to purchase an SPE product by telephone, post, or by visiting one of the SPE venues in your State then any such purchase will be governed by these Conditions of Sale (excluding any of the Conditions of Sale that are specific to purchases made using the Website) but including the conditions displayed at the SPE venue.
