We have dedicated locker facilities, for our all the guests, which are available at INR 50.00 for the package duration & the refundable security deposit if INR 450.00

There is no height restrictions. But if any child is below 7 years but his height is above 125 cm we can allow him into adult arena zone.
We allow a person max upto the weight limit of 120 Kgs to enjoy in the park
We do not have any refund policy, if you have completed all the activities in 30 minutes you can enjoy for rest of the time

Yes we do have a waiting area in our foyer, or else you can also enjoy our delicious food spread at our #CHOOL restaurant while you wait for your loved ones
Our court monitors will make sure that your stay at PUNO Parks is safe & enjoyable, however in any unforeseen circumstances when our guests is injured while playing, the management do not hold any responsibility for such injury; however our crew members shall assist you with all the necessary assistance from our end. We have a medical room also
It's not recommended to wear glasses during adventure activities or jumping on trampoline, but if you are not comfortable without glasses then you shall continue with the same.
Sorry, we don’t have any refund policy, but yes we will give you the credit note which you can use in future while you plan your next visit which shall be valid for one month
you can go inside the park only after purchasing the tickets or else can watch your child play from the dedicated Machaan area;
Yes sir you can visit the park with a specially abled child, & can enjoy together conditions to that you shall be responsible for taking good care of the child all through your stay at the park.
Sorry you can't do that, as the entry inside the park is on per person basis & the bands issued are only for individual use; Purchased tickets are not transferable
For the kids below 3 years, entry of 1 guardian is allowed complimentary as per the set protocol, however guardians are not allowed for kids above 3 years, as our court monitors & supervisors are there to take care of your kids.
Either of the parent or a guardian, needs to be there with Kids below 3 years as a standard protocol.
