At PUNO, fun and fitness for the family is what we believe in, but safety is at the top of our list. 

To keep our arena safe, PUNO PARIWAR has thoroughly researched and has followed all necessary safety standards. We want our guests to enjoy every ride and every activity without any worries.We expect that every moment they spend here is enjoyable and filled with fun & adventure. Our facilities are clean, sanitized and well maintained, and our safety systems are designed to neutralize the risk of accidents via safety signage, announcements, videos, experts, and equipments.

WARNING:

Trampoline jumping and adventure courses are extreme recreational activities that involve a fair amount of risk thus, making them dangerous. We at PUNO recommend that every participant should JUMP AT THEIR OWN RISK AND JUMP WITHIN THEIR ABILITY. 

Waiver form: A waiver form is mandatory to sign and submit, for every individual who wants to enjoy trampoline jumping, courses, and adventure activities.

Everyone who signs on the waiver form must submit his/her Age Proof ID. Please find below the Age wise waiver form signing authorities –

A waiver form can be signed and submitted on your arrival, but we recommend submitting waiver form online via our website for your convenience. A waiver form once signed, will be valid for 12 months post the date of submission.

PUNO PARIWAR works diligently to provide you a safe place to have fun & feel adventurous with our proper guidance. We expect our customers to follow the list of Do’s and Don’ts for extending their support and cooperation.  

Do’s-                                                                                                                                                                             

  • Wear PUNO grip socks on the trampoline.                                                                               
  • Jump on the trampoline within your skills and ability.
  • Jump and land on two feet as it is critical for safety.
  • Jump and land on the centre of the trampoline to avoid injuries.
  • Wear a wrist band of PUNO.
  • Wear comfortable, stretchable clothes.
  • Empty your pockets.
  • Keep all your belongings in the locker.
  • Keep an eye on another jumper while jumping to avoid a collision.
  • Follow instructions of activity monitor.
  • Call activity monitor for any assistance or help.

Dont's-

  • Do not jump if you are pregnant or have any health problems.
  • Do not enter under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Do not use abusive language or hurt anyone.
  • Do not jump or land on the edge of the trampoline.
  • Do not carry gum, food, or drink in the arena.
  • Do not run or race in the trampoline area.
  • Do not jump on another individual’s trampoline.
  • Do not perform flips or tricks on padding and platform.
  • Do not throw balls on the neck or head while playing dodge ball.
  • Do not land on your head or neck.
  • Do not enter with any belt buckles, clothing studs, jewellery, key chains, or any other kind of sharp objects inside the arena.
  • Do not climb on perimeter net, walls, or top pads.
  • Do not use electronic devices during any activity.
  • Do not sit or lie on the court if you feel tired, it is advisable to exit the court immediately.
