Yes we do have a waiting area in our foyer, or else you can also enjoy our delicious food spread in our food court TMW while you wait for your loved ones
No there is no height restrictions. But if any child is below 7 years but his height is above 125 cm we may allow him into adult arena zone only after the allowance from the supervisors & court monitors.
Please note management does not hold any responsibilty towards the missing item of any guests in the park, however our lost & found dept. shall assist you in their best possible manner.
We have dedicated locker facilities, for our all the guests, which are available at INR 50.00 for the package duration & the refundable security deposit of Rs. 500.00
Both food & water is not allowed inside the whole arena, however you can enjoy delicious food & beverages available at our food court.
Virtual Reality (VR) is a computer-generated environment with scenes and objects that appear to be real, making the user feel they are immersed in their surroundings.
An arcade game is games of skill, with only some elements of games of chance. These include arcade video games, Pinball machines, electro-mechanical games, redemption games or merchandisers.
You have to buy a card with a preloaded value which can be used to play any game and if you want to buy ticket of adventure & kids arena then you can pay from that card.
The card is valid for 1 year from the date of last recharge or use of card.
Minimum amount will be Rs.300 (Including GST) in which you will receive Rs.254.
We have a total of 06 Zones, Adventure, Trampoline, Kids section, Arcade, VR & Mad wheels , each zone has multiple activities.
We have card Packages which starts with minimum Rs.1000 which will go upto Rs.10000 with Extra benefits.
Each game has its own set of player’s requirements. Some games can be played individually while others are multi-player
Validity of card is 01 year.
GST is already taken in the card so no extra GST is taken.
A band will be provided to access the Adventure and Trampoline Section, if you have taken 1 hour slot of Adventure Zone and you are done in 30 minutes and want to enter in Trampoline Zone then you will not get access to enter in trampoline, you can enter in trampoline once your Adventure time will be over.
Minimum 3 minutes to Maximum 08 minutes you can spend in VR, Arcade & Mad wheels.
No, grip socks can be bought from Counter by paying cash, online Rs.80 per head.
Bonus will depends on your recharge, like on Recharge of Rs.5000 (Including GST)
recharge you will get Rs. 4237 as credit and Rs.1263 as Bonus total Recharge amount you will get Rs.5500 (Indirectly you were getting 30% Extra amount), Credit Amount can be used in any games and Bonus Amount cannot be used in Trampoline Zone, Adventure Zone, Kids Zone & All Prize Games.
Credit amount can be used on Adventure, Trampoline, Kids zone and Novelty / Prize games (where you pick soft toys through a crane) in the Arcade section.
Yes, you can visit Arcade, VR zones without a card but not the Adventure & Trampoline area.
Our VR games are related to adventure activities like skiing, bike & car racing, gun shooting, etc. These games you won’t get anywhere in Chhattisgarh.
There are no multiplayer games in the VR zones but there are various multiplayer games available in the Arcade zone.
Indoor Adventure is a concept presented here at PUNO, where the guests can enjoy multiple rides like the Donut Slide, Rope Course, Sky Walls, Sky Stepper, Ninja Course, VR Games, Arcade Games, mad wheels making them experience real time thrill & connecting with all the heart puching activities, which they may or may not have expereinced before.
We're open on all 7 days of the week, from Monday - Sunday, morning 12:30 pm - 10:00 pm (08:30pm is the last entry for Adventure & Trampoline, 09:00pm is the last entry for VR, Arcade & Mad Wheels).

we have highly professional & trained individuals in our team who are always available to assist you & guide you in basic trampoline activity
Our court monitors will make sure that your stay at PUNO Parks is safe & enjoyable, however in any unforeseen circumstances when our guests is injured while playing, the management do not hold any responsibility for such injury; however our crew members shall assist you with all the necessary assistance from our end. We have a medical room also
It's not recommended to wear glasses during adventure activities or jumping on trampoline, but if you are not comfortable without glasses then you shall continue with the same.
Sorry, we don’t have any refund policy, but yes we will give you the credit note which you can use in future while you plan your next visit which shall be valid for one month
you can go inside the park only after purchasing the tickets or else can watch your child play from the dedicated Machaan area;
Yes sir you can visit the park with a specially abled child, & can enjoy together conditions to that you shall be responsible for taking good care of the child all through your stay at the park.
Sorry you can't do that, as the entry inside the park is on per person basis & the bands issued are only for individual use; Purchased tickets are not transferable

we have a changing room coupled with our wash room; but sorry we don’t have any dedicated changing room
Parking at PUNO parks are free
we don’t follow any specific dress code, & PUNO is filled with physical activities like jumping on trampoline and other adventurous rides, if she and you’re comfortable in the same then you may go & enjoy as we have other guest and our staff inside the park
we accept, payments through UPI, Phonepe, paytm,QR scan; you may also avail payments through cards & cash at the convenience of your options
You can see our park, from the machaan area, giving you an explicit view of the park as a whole, also we don't encourage guests entering the whole arena without purchasing tickets
Yes, you may book your tickets directly after visiting the park, however making a booking on call or online will save your time & let you free from waiting period
Yes our professionally trained court monitor are there inside to assist you on every ride and trampoline area, you’re suggested to adhere them & avoid any injury while enjoying the activities
Socks are on purchase basis; once you buy its yours you can bring them next time whenever you plan to visit PUNO
Shoes are not allowed inside the park.
